Postwood Polar Plunge Supports St. Lawrence County Health Initiative

The 4th Annual Postwood Polar Plunge took place yesterday at 9:00 AM at Postwood Beach in Potsdam. The event was hosted by the Town of Potsdam in partnership with the Clarkson Student Occupational Therapy Association at Clarkson University.

Community members came together for a fun and energizing morning in support of a meaningful cause. Proceeds from the event were donated to the St. Lawrence County Health Initiative, helping to advance local programs that promote health and wellness across the region.

We are especially proud to share that our very own Carmela Vitale, a member of the St. Lawrence County Health Initiative administrative team, took part in the Polar Plunge this morning in support of the cause. Her participation reflects the passion and commitment our team brings to advancing community health and wellness—both in and outside the office.
