The Health Advocate features articles on various health-related topics, reports on Health Initiative programs and events and a community health and activity calendar suitable for posting.

You can sign-up to receive the Health Advocate by email by clicking on the Subscribe Now link to the left.  If you would like to receive the Health Advocate through postal mail, please contact the office at 315-261-4760.  Please note that postal mail subscribers from outside of St. Lawrence County, New York, will be charged a $10 subscription fee to cover production and mailing costs.
